    Help

    Before your first session

    What should I bring?

Headphones and your music on a USB drive or laptop. The booth, monitors and cables are already set up.

How does the door code work?

We text it an hour before your block. It opens the door from 15 minutes before your start until 15 minutes after your end, then stops working. If you're a minute late, you've still got your full code window.

    Can I stay longer?

If the next block is open, extend from the link in your booking text. Staying past your code window without extending is charged as the next block.

Can I bring friends to play back to back?

Yes. Each extra person is $10 an hour, up to four people in the room. Add them when you book.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and we credit the full amount toward another booking.

Do you deliver gear for events?

Yes, across Chicagoland in three delivery zones, with setup, soundcheck and crew available. See gear rental.

    House rules

    • No drinks on the booth. Ever.
    • Only the people on your booking.
    • Keep it under the posted volume limit unless you booked touring rehearsal or a buyout.
    • Report any gear problem by text right away, so the next person isn't surprised.
    • Leave the room the way you found it: gear off, cables coiled, lights down.
